At the mushroom farm in Tekoa, established in 1986, they specialize in growing majestic and rare varieties of mushrooms and importing organic vegetables, herbs and other healthy items. At their stall in the Shuk HaNamal, Portobello is a funghi fan’s heaven with hard to find, fresh varieties like the mai taki mushrooms, oak wood mushrooms, chanterelle, oyster and more. For Israeli chefs there’s no other place like it for specialty 'shrooms.
